I really got my money's worth with this hotel. The room was beautifully designed and the staff treated me like a VIP. The location was peaceful and just a short walk from the city center.
Food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

We liked that great hotel. It was really close to Musee Adolf Michaelis. Proximity to the airport, just 9 miles. You should definitely explore Quartier Européen - Orangerie district, it's worth it
Nothing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very quiet residential area. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the surrounding trees. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the rate, saving me the hassle of finding a place to eat in the morning.
All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

The room are quite big, a bit old fashion but clean. The location is perfect. Very quite street 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the possibility of taking a tram for the lazy ones! There is free parking in the streets nearby the hotels! The breakfast buffet is not very wide but definitely of high quality (fresh orange juice, excellent prosciutto, nice croissants)
Quite annoying noise of the toilet from other rooms during the night (wall very thin and toilet very very very noisy)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was located in a peaceful residential area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and all hotel facilities were working fine. We found the hotel's proximity to the tram very convenient, as it made reaching the old part of town and other city highlights extremely easy.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is situated on an attractive, calm (apart from the early morning garbage trucks) street close to the botanical gardens and the university. The receptionist was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Our room was bright and attractively decorated.
The plumbing was quite noisy.

The location is excellent if you're planning on visiting the famous Strasbourg Christmas markets. , it's close to the European institutions and a tram stop is conveniently located nearby. The staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The room was clean and the bathroom had good water pressure.
If you're unlucky and the weather is poor, you might find the walk to the city center too long. , the breakfast might be a bit overpriced.

Located in a pleasant residential area not far from the European institutions but also not far from the centre of Strasbourg. Quiet area so you can sleep with the windows open. Reasonable value out of season and when the various parliaments are not in session.
Breakfast was not included and was expensive (€13). No bar or restaurant.
